• 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
• 2 eggs
• 1 egg white
• 2 fruits or 1 banana
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 1/2 cups oats
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp vanilla optional
Topping Ideas:
• Fresh apricots
• Maple syrup
• Chocolate chips
• Sliced almonds
• Slices of fruits
1. We pour in a blender, the almond milk, the eggs, the egg white, the apricots/banana, the maple syrup, the vanilla (optional), the oats, the baking powder and some salt.
2. We blend until they become smoothly.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat. Once the pan is warmed put the olive oil.
4. Pour pancake batter into pan with a ladle.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side and turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
6. Drizzle with maple syrup and toppings of our choice.
